Finding The Goods
Have you noticed that farmers markets have really good prices but most the time their produce is close to it's expiration. Sometimes you'd find mold or it's just so ripe that when you pick it up it drips down your arm or turns to moosh in your hand. I HATE THAT!!!
I have been to the Superstition Ranch Market a few times and noticed this same thing with them. Today, my sister and I went there and what do ya know......the produce was fantastic!!!
First of all, when I walk in to markets and see the beautiful colors from the produce, I get overwhelmed because I don't even know where to begin. I want it all!!!
Today, I did that same thing and on top of that the prices were great and the food was in very good shape.
I tried to sneak some pictures with out anyone freaking out on me. There were wall to wall people there and I didn't want people in my picture, blocking the goods. So, I only got a couple. Just to show you some of the things that make me mouth water.
Spicy stuff, like jalapeno chile's or chili peppers are so YYUUMMM, especially when it's 2 lbs. for $1.....I will be making tortilla soup in my Vita Mix this weekend.
Let me know if any of you have any good produce finds.

Krista and Reba McEntire in Reno
I was going through some old pictures and videos and I started to crack up because it brought back great funny memories. I would like to share this with you.
This first video is a short clip of Reba McEntire opening the show from her clothing line. I was one of the models and this is from our cheesy video camera. The next video is a short clip of me trying to walk down the runway. My feet were sweaty (I was nervous) in my strappy shoes and I was trying not to slip. I couldn't walk too well and so therefore, it was again very cheesy!! I looked so stiff. It makes me laugh!!!!!
Me and my slippery feet. Oh, and I was waiting for 2 other models before me so be patient, it takes a minute before it's my turn.
There were so many people there that Chad couldn't walk around to get more video. I am kind of bummed because this was a fun experience. Will I do it again? NO!! Runway is not for me. At least, I got to go and the next day Chad and I got to hang out in Reno together.
More funny stuff to come, stay tuned.

Clarisonic Face Brush
I got this wonderful item last Christmas from Chad and it has been the BEST gift ever!! He uses it too.
The reason why I am bringing it up now is because recently, it started to act up so I called Clarisonic customer service and with out any hassle, they said they will send out a brand new one and for me to send back the other in the return box that they paid postage for. Amazing! Not only is it a great product but the company really wants to please their consumers. Thank you Clarisonic!!!
If you want to get rid of fine lines, pimples, skin spots and not to mention make-up and dirt build up, this is the product for you. I highly recommend you go to their website and learn more about the product.

Lucille's Smoke House BBQ
If you are looking for a good place to eat BBQ, we recommend Lucille's. We can't stand baked ribs and this place slowly smokes their ribs and they are so good. Also, the steak quesadilla, catfish and shrimp were really good. Chad had a bbq steak sandwich and I tried it and it was yummo! We will be going back to try more of the menu soon.
This one is at the Tempe Marketplace. I had not been there yet since they opened and Chad took me there to walk around and I thought it was really nice. It kind of reminds me of the San Tan mall a little bit but not as many stores.
When you first walk in to the restaurant they have this cute waiting area where you can order take out.
Anyway, I thought I'd share my likes and dislikes and Lucille's was a definite LIKE.
Has anyone else been there? What else is good there?
We are always looking for a fun place to go and eat and we really enjoyed this. Thought I'd pass it along.

Morgan Turns 2!!
My little baby is already 2. I can't believe it. He always cries when I go to Fry's and Dylan goes to the kids care and he couldn't because he wasn't 2 yet. So, believe me, an opportunity for me to have a break for an hour (even if I have to go to Fry's to get one) is so huge and that is the first thing I did this morning when we left the house. I took them to Fry's and he got to finally go play in the kids care. You have to be a mom to understand how exciting this is. Right? I think I was the one who was more excited. I got to have a break. So, I walked up and down every isle just to have some peace.
Tonight we gave Morgan a mini cake and let him have at it. He enjoyed it very much!
He sure brings a lot of joy in our life!
